When a new client appears in your CRM/PSA, the platform detects them, assigns the right policy profile, and auto-generates a complete set of required contract drafts ready for review.
Clause recommendations are derived from the client's profile, their industry, and the policy requirements that govern them, so the terms proposed reflect the rules a given client actually operates under rather than a generic default. Once a packet is out for signature, a live monitor tracks who has viewed, who has signed, and who has stalled on every routed contract, so a stalled signature reads as a visible state instead of a silent delay.
